Throughout the year, there are a number of special training sessions, seminars and residential courses to which Ni-Sen members are invited. They're a fantastic way to improve your karate, and are usually well-regarded by those who've ben on previous sessions. All special sessions be listed here as they arise...

Kumite session £10.
Any two sessions £20.
All three £25. (you get a discount if any of your students would like to attend)
